The Potomac United Women of Faith have once again demonstrated the power of compassion and community by supporting the Women Giving Back (WGB) program. Over the past months, our group has donated more than 100 bags of new and gently used clothing for men, women, and children across the nation. This effort is not just about filling closets—it’s about restoring dignity, hope, and confidence to those in need.

About Women Giving Back

Women Giving Back is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women and children in crisis by providing quality clothing at no cost. Since its founding in 2007, WGB has served over 24,000 individuals annually, distributing more than 3 million pieces of clothing and nearly 2 million diapers. Their mission is to help women and children rebuild their lives, gain stability, and move toward independence. By offering a safe, welcoming space where clients can choose their own clothing, WGB empowers people to feel confident and valued as they face new beginnings.
